In this article, we derive error estimates for the semi-discrete and fully discrete Galerkin approximations of a general linear second-order hyperbolic partial differential equation with general damping (which includes boundary damping). The results can be applied to a variety of cases (e.g. vibrating systems of linked elastic bodies). The Dirac‐type time‐frequency distribution (TFD), regarded as ideal TFD, has long been desired. It, until the present time, cannot be implemented, due to the fact that there has been no appropriate representation of signals leading to such TFD. Instead, people have been developing other types of TFD, including the Wigner and the windowed Fourier transform types. This paper promotes a practical passage leading to a Dirac‐type TFD. Based on the proposed function decomposition method, viz., adaptive Fourier decomposition, we establish a rigorous and practical Dirac‐type TFD theory. We do follow the route of analytic signal representation of signals founded and developed by Garbo, Ville, Cohen, Boashash, Picinbono, and others. The difference, however, is that our treatment is theoretically throughout and rigorous. To well illustrate the new theory and the related TFD, we include several examples and experiments of which some are in comparison with the most commonly used TFDs. 针对音频信号准确性分类的问题,提出一种基于改进的的粒子群优化算法(PSO)的支持向量机(SVM)音频信号分类的方法,简称IPSO-SVM.首先用Mel倒谱系数法对4种音频信号进行特征提取.其次在PSO中引入自适应变异因子,能够成功地跳出局部极小值点;然后对PSO中的惯性权重进行了改进,将惯性权重由常数变为指数型递减函数.随着迭代的进行,使权重逐渐减小,这样做有利于粒子进行局部寻优.最后用改进的PSO不断优化SVM中的惩罚因子c和核函数参数g来提高预测精度.实验结果表明,与传统的SVM、PSO-SVM、GA-SVM相比,我们提出的IPSO-SVM算法分类结果更精确. 相似文献

Photocatalysis technology has been proved to be a potential strategy for removal of organic dyes, however high-power light sources are generally necessary to initiate photocatalytic reaction. In this work, we employed an excellent photocatalyst of Bi2WO6 with visible light harvest and meanwhile an intrinsic ferroelectricity, which realized the efficient degradation of organic dye via the synergetic photopiezocatalysis. Through coupling the illumination by a low-power (9 W) LED and the ultrasonic vibration (120 W) by an ultrasonic cleaner, the nanoflower-like Bi2WO6 composed of ultrathin nanosheets showed a much more enhanced photopiezocatalysis performance for purification of organic dye than the individual photocatalysis and piezocatalysis. Furthermore, the high mineralization efficiency and the good durability of the Bi2WO6 catalyst were demonstrated. The possible mechanism of photopiezocatalysis was finally proposed, where the ultrasound-induced piezoelectric field in Bi2WO6 drove photo-generated electrons and holes to diffuse along opposite directions, consequently promoting the separation efficiency of charge carriers. This work indicates that the synergetic photopiezocatalysis by coupling irradiation and ultrasonic vibration is a promising strategy to purify organic pollutants in wastewater. 相似文献

The first autosomal sequence-based allele (aka SNP-STR haplotype) frequency database for forensic massively parallel sequencing (MPS) has been published, thereby removing one of the remaining barriers to implementing MPS in casework. The database was developed using a specific set of flank trim sites. If different trim sites or different kits with different primers are used for casework, then SNP-STR haplotypes may be detected that do not have frequencies in the database. We describe a procedure to address calculation of match probabilities when casework samples are generated using an MPS kit with different trim sites than those present in the relevant population frequency database. The procedure provides a framework for comparison of any MPS kit or database combination while also accommodating comparison of MPS and CE profiles. 相似文献

Rare earth elements (REEs) are widely used across different industries due to their exceptional magnetic and electrical properties. In this work, Cupriavidus necator is characterized using dielectrophoretic ultra-high-frequency measurements, typically in MHz range to quantify the properties of cytoplasm in C. necator for its metal uptake/bioaccumulation capacity. Cupriavidus necator, a Gram-negative bacteria strain is exposed to REEs like europium, samarium, and neodymium in this study. Dielectrophoretic crossover frequency experiments were performed on the native C. necator species pre- and post-exposure to the REEs at MHz frequency range. The net conductivity of native C. necator, Cupriavidus europium, Cupriavidus samarium, and Cupriavidus neodymium are 15.95 ± 0.029 μS/cm, 16.15 ± 0.028 μS/cm, 16.05 ± 0.029 μS/cm, 15.61 ± 0.005 μS/cm respectively. The estimated properties of the membrane published by our group are used to develop a microfluidic sorter by modeling and simulation to separate REE absorbed C. necator from the unabsorbed native C. necator species using COMSOL Multiphysics commercial software package v5.5. 相似文献

本文探讨了早期视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者倍频固体激光治疗对临床疗效及黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)值变化的影响。将因视网膜分支静脉阻塞行激光治疗的30例患者纳入激光组,同期行常规治疗的30例患者纳入对照组,对比两组临床疗效、视力、CMT值变化、眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)检查渗透率及并发症。结果显示,治疗后激光组患者临床治疗总有效率、各个时间点视力变化、CMT值及FFA检查渗透发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者均随访6个月,并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。说明早期视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者使用倍频固体激光治疗临床效果显著,可有效提高其视力水平,降低CMT值。 相似文献

利用高频燃烧红外吸收碳硫仪测定铅精矿中的硫含量。低硫含量(S<5%)铅精矿样品直接称样测定;高硫含量(S>5%)铅精矿样品添加稀释剂后称样测定。对样品称样量、助熔剂类型及用量等条件进行了研究,获得最佳分析条件。通过空白实验测得方法检出限为0.0010%,利用铅精矿有证标准物质进行精密度和准确度验证,方法的标准偏差在0.295%~1.3%之间,结果表明该方法精密度高、准确度好,能够满足铅精矿中硫含量的快速准确测定。 相似文献

Ti-MWW分子筛具有10元环(10MR)孔道体系和12MR超笼以及外表面杯状空穴,在以H2O2水溶液为氧化剂的催化氧化反应中表现出不同于其他钛硅分子筛的特殊溶剂效应和立体选择性.已有的实验和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算研究表明,骨架Ti(IV)可能分布在10MR孔道和12MR超笼中.最近,我们采用DFT计算研究了Ti-MWW分子筛中骨架钛落位,通过比较Ti/Si替代能和红外振动光谱,提出Ti(IV)最可能落位在T1和T3位,并以[Ti(OSi)4]形态存在,显示960 cm–1钛特征振动峰.[Ti(OSi)4]物种水解时Ti–O键发生选择性断裂,生成具有翻转Ti–OH的[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种.由于Ti中心具有Lewis酸性,与配体分子络合后使Ti(IV)的配位状态改变. Ti-MWW分子筛中不同的骨架Ti(IV)落位和形态可能呈现不同的催化选择性.本文应用DFT研究了Ti-MWW分子筛中T1和T3位上不同钛物种与H2O和NH3的吸附作用,考察了其几何结构、吸附能以及红外振动光谱性质,为深入理解骨架Ti(IV)的微观结构及实验红外光谱表征提供参考数据.计算采用36T簇模型,从MWW分子筛晶体结构中分别以T1和T3为中心截取七层骨架原子,末端设为Si–H键并固定为1.46?.结构优化时松弛内部四层骨架原子并固定最外三层骨架原子.所有计算在B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)理论水平完成,计算的吸附能都经过BSSE校正,计算的频率以约化因子0.961校正.所有计算在Gaussian 09软件包完成.计算结果表明,四配位的[Ti(OSi)4]和[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种都能与H2O或NH3分子作用生成三角双锥的五配位络合物. H2O或NH3分子有选择性地进攻Ti–O键的Ti端,形成近乎直线的L–Ti–O键, L–Ti距离可达2.2–2.4?. T1位钛物种的Lewis酸性比T3位的略高.对于[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种, Ti–OH的存在使得Ti(IV)的酸性大大增强,表现出很强的吸附作用.此外,[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种也能通过Ti–OH基团与H2O和NH3形成氢键络合物,但是其吸附能比形成配位络合物的能量更小,说明配体分子更趋向于吸附在Ti中心形成配位络合物.自然键轨道分析表明, Ti(IV)中心的Lewis酸性归因于Ti的空4p轨道接受配体提供的孤对电子,并且属于LUMO+3.所有吸附络合物的特征振动频率分布在两个区域,即钛特征振动区域和羟基振动区域. T1和T3位的[Ti(OSi)4]物种的钛特征振动频率都在960 cm–1,与H2O形成五配位的吸附络合物之后,钛特征振动频率位移到970 cm–1.[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种的钛特征振动频率分别为990 cm–1(T1位)和970 cm–1(T3位),吸附H2O分子后都位移到980 cm–1.相应的NH3吸附络合物的钛特征振动峰频率都高出5 cm–1.分析表明,钛特征振动模式归属于Ti–O–Si键的不对称伸缩振动的协同振动.在羟基伸缩振动区域,气相H2O、末端Si–OH基团以及Ti–OH基团的羟基伸缩振动在3600–3760 cm–1.吸附H2O后,羟基伸缩振动移到3460–3150 cm–1区域.[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种与NH3和H2O形成氢键络合物后,钛羟基的伸缩振动频率分别红移500和1100 cm–1,出现在2700和3200 cm–1区域.吸附分子的O–H和N–H的伸缩振动频率略微蓝移,这反映了Ti物种具有Lewis酸性. 相似文献
